These guys know what they are doing. They are professionals and very nice. Would recommend going to them for repairs on your bike. They helped me with soemthing as simple as changing pedals to fixing brakes on my kids bike

I bought my first bike from this Trek store this weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. William was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the right bike, even letting me test ride it and offering a 24-hour layaway. The next day, Lawrence was equally helpful and professional, checking the bike's brakes and giving me a quick tune-up. He also showed me how to clip in, offered helpful tips and listened to my concerns, and made sure I knew the return/exchange policy. I’m already loving the bike and will take what they both taught me along my cycling journey. 10/10!

This store is great. They have a wide selection of bikes, gear, and even a friendly store dog. The employees are patient and knowledgeable. I’m really enjoying my Trek bike and I’m glad I purchased it here.

Best trek store within DFW area. The staff at the south lake trek store made the exchange seamless and fast! Todd was very helpful and tuned both my friend’s and my new bikes. I will definitely be returning to the Southlake location in the future!

These guys are most helpful and know their stuff! I'm just a senior who likes to ride my bike and have had one repaired to pass down to my grandson who is learning to ride his first. They are built to last so you pay more but it is so worth it for the quality and helpful service help.
