My original review a year or more ago, and my opinion is still as high or possibly even higher:
With one notable exception (Peddlar in Golden Beach, who are fantastic), until now I’ve found bike shops in the southern part of the Sunshine Coast to be pretty poor in terms of expertise and customer service. Today I found a second good one: Trek Kawana. The staff are interested in the customer, are knowledgeable and go the extra mile to deliver quality service. Today was an excellent start to what will be an ongoing relationship if this level of service is their norm!

Great experience buying Bib shorts, they didn’t have my size on the racks, but the one on the mannequin was my size, it took her a good five minutes of wrestling to get the Bib shorts off the mannequin. The staff member didn’t try to sell me something else as it would be easier for her to do that, great effort and much appreciated. Very happy and would definitely recommend. Macca
