The Manager and Sales staff are knowledgeable but not pushy. The Service staff are friendly, and their work is excellent. This is a bit of a hidden gem in Issaquah.

This is the most friendly and yet knowledgeable bike store in washington!! Wes is deeply skilled in guiding u based on riding style towards and bikes and products and Carly is a world class bike fix engineer !!! I got friendly and yet deeply accurate info they fixed my Santa Cruz and gave me better than I could find anywhere else suggestions for bike accessories .. and their trek discounts because they are a factory store are like thousands less !! If u are a beginner or a big trail shredder this trek heaven in Issaquah is your store !! Ask for Wes or Carly !!

Great place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought my bike online, it was delivered in 5 days assembled same day. unfortunately I had to return it - nothing to do with bike - just not a fit for me. The return was processed smoothly and staff helped me to find bike which fits my needs.
Definitely will buy here again.
