Great place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought my bike online, it was delivered in 5 days assembled same day. unfortunately I had to return it - nothing to do with bike - just not a fit for me. The return was processed smoothly and staff helped me to find bike which fits my needs.
Definitely will buy here again.

Went in for some minor issues with my daughter's bicycle, thinking I'd have to pay for a tune up. The experts inspected the bike and concluded it was in stellar condition, and nothing was needed, just more riding. They even threw in some valve caps for free. The world would be better place if everyone were so honest.

I was thinking of buying an ebike. There are lots of options online. But I'm no expert so headed to my hometown shop for guidance. Best decision I made. Joey took the time to listen and made some recommendations based upon my needs. Never felt pressured, went home to sort thru everything. Returned in a couple weeks and now I have my new ebike. Couldn't be happier. Have been back several times with questions and they are always very helpful. I highly recommend their shop.
