New to the road bike scene and have been training for an Ironman race, I was in need of new tires. I bought my bike elsewhere, but that establishment was not getting back to me on questions that I had. I decided to go local and visit Trek nearby in Issaquah. First visit, spoke with Andrew who also works in another store in the area. He had some great insight and didn’t judge that I was new to this hobby. With that info, I had purchased some tires and made good on coming back to get them installed. Returned to the store yesterday, spoke with a gentleman by the name of Brian. Brian, is the guy! He was upfront about times and how it may not have been doable that day, but I was appreciative of the transparency and communication overall. Had some great convos about the tires, products, and biking history so I felt like this could be a spot I continue to go for my biking needs. Install was completed same day, so I know he was working hard. They are short staffed at the moment, which is unfortunate, but be understanding if they’re backed up with service appointments. Overall, great experience. Install was done perfectly. Will be coming back next to upgrade the pedals Thanks again Brian and Andrew for the info and assistance.
