Joey at Trek in Issaquah was awesome. Knowing next to nothing about fitness bikes we went in to buy to a few local bike shops including Trek. Joey at Trek walked us through the benefits of the different models they carried and was really patient when we went back and forth on an in-stock vs order-in bike. All in all we were so pleased with the experience we came back and bought a second bike! Highly recommend Issaquah Trek, just make sure when you go in you ask for Joey!

Hands down the best bike shop we’ve found. Everyone is super knowledgeable, patient, willing to help, and kind. They were very helpful when I was trying to figure out how to alleviate pain spots from cycling. It’s also an all around good time when we go in. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have purchased four bikes from Trek Issaquah. What we like most about this location is the friendly, knowledgeable staff. The products, of course, are excellent, but I tend to place higher import on sincere and empathetic customer service – Trek Issaquah has this in spades. A rare gem, this one!
