My wife and I decided we wanted to get a couple bikes for the first time this year. After seeing the reviews for this store we decided to stop in and check it out. Boy am I glad we did! Graham is awesome!! We weren’t pressured to buy anything. He simply asked what we were looking to do and told us what size bikes we would need. I could go on and on about the professionalism and helpfulness of every employee who was working that day. We left with 2 new bikes and I will be returning with my daughter to purchase a new bike for her as well. Graham is a huge asset to your company and Trek has a new customer for life!

Got my bike service at trek Robinson i do not even want to ride it when I got it back it was so clean. Very nice staff took the time to explain the changes i wanted done did the work in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend them if you're in the area.

I have been relying on the excellent staff at Trek Robinson to advise me about bikes and to do the routine maintenance for more than 10 years. I finally felt ready to move from a hybrid to a drop handle bike this July and I can't say enough about how helpful Allie was in this journey. I decided on a Domane AL 5 but I did not want a very aggressive low riding posture. Allie worked with me to set it up to my needs. I am not sure what adjustments/substitutions she did but it's perfect! I am so looking forward to the annual Montour trail Ride this year.

Kind and knowledgeable staff. The bike tech took the time to review the details of my service and made my bike look and feel new. I am so happy with the service. Although there was a bit of sticker shock upon pickup, the repairs were well worth the price. I will absolutely return. :-)
