Phenomenon food. Specialties are pot pies. Mac and cheese is amazing if it’s available (it was a daily special when we were there).

This place is perfect on a cool winter day! The tap beer was crisp and tasty, the chicken pot pie was the best I've ever had and (I know…) the mashed potato with brown gravy was friggin' heaven on a spoon! This was my only meal today and I'm still not hungry! Great food and relaxed atmosphere! Just be careful of steep stairs when leaving if you've had a couple drinks.

It wasn't our first choice as we wanted to try some portugese cuisine and We chose it because most of other restaurants were closed and at the end we were happy we came in. The food was very tastefull, carefully prepared, the portions are fair. As our 3 year old was along, they were very thoughtful, we got some little christmas presents and at the end she got very nicely served christmas cookie.... Small attention for a big gain... The biggest smile on our child's face. All the staff were extremely friendly. Even after making a small mistake in telling us that the bottle contains 1 litre of wine when it did 0.75l we got a big glass of prosecco each. It is a really nice place, with warm atmosphere and great food.

Absolutely come here. Super friendly, not pushy. Great beer selection, even better cocktails. Recommend the Sea Breeze, they fresh squeezed the juice. Definitely our favorite spot after hours.

Delightful spot serving very tasty, custom made meat pies. They also have a great selection of beers. The vegetable side for the pies was also exceptionally delicious. Service is fast and super friendly.

We and our two friends booked earlier in the day and then returned in the evening for a sumptuous feast at 'Pie Lagos.' Ordering Mojitos ('Happy Hour' price!) we then took our seats opposite the bar and ordered Korean Cauliflower and Mac n Cheese and Mussels to start, and Creamy Chicken Pies and Steak & Onion Pies to follow. We chose pastry 'tops' with chips, and added bacon, mushrooms and vegetables. Washing it down with a very palatable 'House Red' we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening! The food was absolutely delicious, bar staff and servers were super friendly (special mention to younger lad in a cap!) and the venue quirky and inviting. Great service, Great food, very reasonably priced (we paid around €25 each for 2 courses and drinks) Really cool concept I felt, and we would definitely return!

The wings were awesome (special hot sauce made in house) and the pie was out of this world! The courtyard was quaint and Robby (one of the owners) was super friendly. I would absolutely come back!

WOW - what a hidden gem. 10/10 recommend. Everything we tried was a new surprise and kept getting better. I mean, to even make carrots and peas taste that good?! That is skill. The seasoning on everything was wonderful. The chicken and steak were so tender and the gravy was delicious. We also got the popcorn clams and Mac and cheese. The real hits were the main courses though!! The steak and onion pie along with the creamy chicken pie. One of the top three meals we’ve had while traveling Portugal’s coast for the last couple of weeks.

We ate out on the patio which was very pleasant when no one was smoking near us. The staff were all very friendly. The food was very good. We had the bbq ribs which were were very moist, the chicken pot pie had a nice gravy and the chicken was also moist. Mashed potatoes were quite yummy. The music selection was good and not too loud. You could still carry on a conversation. We will go again.

Pies to dream about Wow, if you fancy a taste of home (UK) then these pies are spot on. The only problem is they are better than the ones we get at home. Absolutely packed with meat and so tasty.

Let's just start out saying the best part of our visit to Lagos was the people. And, the PIE staff was nothing short of our people-expectations. Amelia was super sweet, fun, accommodating, and just overall very helpful and such a joy to chat with. We also enjoyed the pies, chicken wrap, sweet potato crips (the best we've ever had), sangria, and a local tap beer. What a fun an enjoyable place and will definitely be back. Thanks Amelia!

Escape in Old Town Lagos Authentic English food in Lagos! Staff was very welcoming! The cozy terrace gets you from the hustle bustle of old town Lagos but keeps you in proximity of other things to do.

Best place in the Algave, not just Lagos! Doesn't matter if you are looking for food or drinks. PIE is the best of both worlds.
