We've had an outstanding experience at PIE in Lagos. Even or maybe for experienced pie fans, this place takes the game onto a new level. We customised our pies, one steak pie and one veggie pie as the menu offered. With fries and vegetables as a side and tasty gravy it was very delicious.
Also very friendly staff always down for a nice chat.
I suggest to not eat two days in advance and then order two pies

Definitely a place to visit in Lagos. Every dish was perfectly balanced in both texture and flavours. We went a bit over the top and ordered entrees and a pies to share between 2.
For the entree we ordered the stuffed squid in a tomato based sauce and the starter of 3 choices - bread and beetroot hummus, olives and fish croquettes. The squid was delicious, the flavours were rich but balanced and squid cooked perfectly. You could even just have the sauce with some bread and be satisfied. The fish croquettes are also a great pick, likewise the rest of the starters.
For mains we ordered steak pies with puff pastry tops which were so light and fluffy. The steak was once again perfectly cooked and the pie bases you could tell were made with love and as we later found out, the creation of the resident pastry chef.
We ordered way too much but were so satisfied with the meal that we just had to get a dessert to go, so we picked up the cheesecake and the apple and berry tart. Both did not disappoint. Would highly recommend and will try to go back if we can.

Great food. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Came with my wife and 2 daughters. All got something different including fish pie, vegetarian and steak pies. All really loved it. Gerente was excellent. Will have to come back as there was an Apple and Blackcurrant pie that we didnβt have room to eat.

We booked into Pie on a Monday evening as a family of five and sat outside on the lovely sun terrace. The welcome and subsequent level of service throughout our meal was fantastic. The gentleman serving our table was very friendly and helpful, making the evening very enjoyable. All five of us had the pie and all five of us really enjoyed it. The fact that you can custom make the pie to suit your taste, just gave it that extra edge. We also had starters and puddings which were fabulous too, but the pie really is the star of the show! We will definitely return to Pie as soon as we can - itβs 5 stars all the way!
