This is a funky restaurant providing excellent value food – sort of a transplanted English pub. Sort of.
We went twice, so we must have enjoyed the food. The specialty is “design your own” pot pies, as shown in the pictures of the menu folks have provided. In addition, there's a limited menu of other food, something we didn't try, since the pies were so good. In addition, the sides of new potatoes and vegetables were a perfectly cooked accompaniment.
This place gives great value at happy hour; a half litre of Super Bock for €2.50.
Service was very good, food served piping hot.

My wife and I stopped at this little jem in the rough while walking in old town. The food was great. The picnic tables outside were less than stellar but the food made up for the short comings on the seating. The service was good with absolutely no complaints there. My wife enjoyed a Pie with pastry top and I had the ribs which we both recommend!!

We ordered from here via Uber Eats so obviously some food might not be as good due to transport time.
That being said, it was packaged appropriately and flavoured really well. I had the Steak and Onion pie, which was a little salty but otherwise delicious, with a side of seasonal veg and fries. The veg were seasoned nicely and so were the fries, though a little stale.
We also ordered the vegetarian pie with butternut squash and a cream sauce. Again, another delicious pie. The sides were the same for this as well.
The next day, we walked past it by accident and saw that it was a walk up restaurant -- blink and you miss it type. It looked cool and I'd recommend eating in if you can.

Great pies - portions are massive though! We thought the starters were a little expensive for what they were. Overall a great place!

Great little location with some small bites and snacks if you do not fancy a full pie. The hazy IPA on tap was not the best, but the outdoor terrace made up for it. Would recommend.

Das Restaurant hat einen sehr schönen Außenbereich in dem man entspannt sein Bier genießen kann. Das Essen ist nichts besonderes aber gut und die Bierauswahl sehr gut. Drinnen ist es sehr warm und nicht so ambientevoll, draußen dafür schon.

Alles in allem kann ich die Pie Lagos Bar jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem einzigartigen Getränkeerlebnis in einer entspannten und geheimnisvollen Umgebung ist. Very nice make your own pie options. They can get filling! Service is very good. Can be a bit too quiet for lunch if you're after some atmosphere.
