Awesome store. Very clean and professionally run. I needed to exchange sizes as I got the wrong size for my sister for a Christmas present and they did not have it in stock but they ordered it for me and had me come in and do the exchange later. My sister is thrilled with her present and I am thrilled with Jeremy and Mike’s professional and knowledgeable service.

I took my Trek E bike into the store today with an error code that I couldn’t clear.
I was greeted by Mike who was very friendly and helpful. He guided me to the service area and introduced me to Julie who was equally friendly and helpful. She quickly got to work and figured out what the problem was, explaining what she was doing as she worked.
Julie then recommended I take the bike for a quick ride around the parking lot to confirm all was good before I headed home.
This is by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in any bike shop.

I bought my 2025 Roscoe 6 earlier this year, and I still couldn’t be happier with it. There was only one within reasonable distance available in my size, and it happened to be in Las Vegas. Thanks to Jeremy, we were able to have it transferred to Reno - then, funny enough, I ended up moving to Las Vegas myself! Jeremy and Mike were so helpful throughout the process. You’re all wonderful, and I’m sorry I didn’t get the chance to stop in and say goodbye before the move! We miss you Trek Bicycle Reno!!
