Great products and service.! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable with their products. Mike made us feel welcome when we first came in looking for the right mountain bike. He also made sure that the right sizes would work for me and my husband and the right accessories would work and fit with our bikes. He also knew most of the customers that came in their store and made them feel welcome. We are happy with our bikes and all the staff are a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcomed. I didn't tell them this, but i was hesitant to deal with Trek. This was awhile ago, my local authorized Trek dealer was a jerk to me because I wasn't interested in buying what he had in stock. I was looking for something different and he didn't like that. It left a taste that this is what the Trek community is like. Trek Bicycle Reno changed that taste, and I'm glad I walked in.
