The sales person was great. He set me up with everything I needed. However when I got home I realized that the tire levers tools I paid for were not in the seat post bag he installed for me. I live 2 hours away so I am not going back for those.

Awesome store, excellent prices! As a long-time vintage road bike enthusiast, I was ready for something more modern. Many LBS felt intimidating and unwelcoming, but this new Trek store was different. The atmosphere was fresh and cool, and even though we arrived close to closing time, the staff made us feel valued. Sean went above and beyond, helping me test ride multiple bikes even after closing. His expertise and enthusiasm made it easy to choose the perfect bike. The next morning, I was thrilled to be flying down Rattlesnake Mountain at 40 mph on my new ride! Happy Reno has a shop like this and can't wait for the next visit.
