The staff are very friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcomed. I didn't tell them this, but i was hesitant to deal with Trek. This was awhile ago, my local authorized Trek dealer was a jerk to me because I wasn't interested in buying what he had in stock. I was looking for something different and he didn't like that. It left a taste that this is what the Trek community is like. Trek Bicycle Reno changed that taste, and I'm glad I walked in.

The sales person was great. He set me up with everything I needed. However when I got home I realized that the tire levers tools I paid for were not in the seat post bag he installed for me. I live 2 hours away so I am not going back for those.
