This company was awesome! There was an issue with the first battery, but they came right back the next day and replaced it. They even brought a couple of harness parts that my car had been missing from a previous mechanic. Excellent communication, responsive, and they stand behind their product. Very personable as well!

Installer was early for appt. Got battery installed and was gone in under an hour. Super nice and knowledgeable. Had problem with the battery they installed after about 3 miles of driving . Gave company a call and they came back first thing next morning and replaced with a different battery and car drives flawless now. I think you learn a lot about a company by how they handle a problem and I give these guys an A

I needed the hybrid battery replaced on my 08 Prius. I contacted them on a Monday, and talked to Dante. We went over the options, and he was very honest about what you received with the different price levels, and how the whole process worked. I decided on what I wanted, and he was able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. I live about 1.5 hours from the closest location. The tech showed up early, and had the whole battery swap done in about 40 minutes. He was very nice and professional. I asked him a few questions and he proved very knowledgeable. I was very impressed. My car is running just fine now, and it is a relief not to have to worry about the battery. It's fully covered under warranty, and it's even transferrable if I decide to sell the car. I highly recommend Hybrid Restoration if you ever need work on your hybrid vehicle.

Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and friendly, the cost was unbeatable for a reputable company with a warranty, and they had someone out within two days to my house. Installation took under 40 minutes, and the "new" rebuilt battery tested at 98% once installed. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience!

Dontae and the guys at HR are the absolute best! I have purchased 2 batteries over the years and am a very satisfied costumer. The second battery went out before the warranty was up and all it took was a phone call and we set up an appointment and they drove to me and now I’m on the road again with no hassle at all. At 254K my hybrid battery gave out right after getting a motor rebuild at 234K so I contacted Hybris Restoration as an option to replace my hybrid battery in my 2014 Prius V. They were super nice and honestly answered all my questions so I decided to give them a try. We set the appointment for 11:00 and the installer called and asked if he could show up early. The installer showed up promptly at 9:30 as he said he would and was done and headed to his next install by 10:30. Very professional job and I just drove my car the first time on a 45 minute commute. Gas mileage approved 2 miles to the gallon and the performance, if you can call it that in a Prius, greatly improved. Very happy and if I keep this car to the point it needs another battery, they will be my first and only call! Highly recommended.

I have a question! My Toyota Prius 05 had replaced almost everything and even an electrician checked on it, it turns on but when we drives a few miles a red triangle light appears on the screen and it starts going slowly and then it turns off it won’t do anything it dies I don’t want to keep on taking it to places I’ve spent lots of money here’s a picture of what it shows before turning off

I cannot say enough to share my appreciation for Hybrid Restoration. They traveled 10 hrs and installed a battery in my granddaughters Camry Hybrid. Installed it in minutes but then stuck around a couple more hrs to help with another issue. They went above and beyond the agreement. Car runs fine and they did it for less than half the cost of dealer in front of her apartment.

Hybrid Restoration saved the day after we got ripped off by a local car dealership. We were lied to about the age of the hybrid battery in the 07 Camry we had just purchased and it ended up going out only a month after purchase. After having just bought a car, paying upwards of 3-4 Thousand dollars to have a battery replaced was just going to be impossible for us. Thankfully HR came in with unbeatable prices and a great warranty for peace of mind. And I can say they stand by their word! The first battery they installed had an issue but they came back to us, a 5 hour drive one way, just 2 days later and fixed it. Now we're smooth sailing down the road and so thankful that at least if we can't trust the dealership that HR has our back.

One day, all the dashboard lights came on signaling that we had a huge problem. After having our car towed to the dealership and receiving an estimate of $4100, we searched for an alternate solution. We googled and found that Hybrid Restoration serviced our state. We completed the online request and quickly received a call from Damon. We were able to schedule a home service visit within a couple of days and the replacement hybrid battery was installed efficiently by Brandon! Throughout the process, the communication was excellent as was the service. The refurbished hybrid battery replacement cost was less than half that of the dealership! Our car is back! We highly recommend this company!
