The team here is absolutely wonderful. The men working at this Paramus location are some of the kindest and friendliest people—they really take their time with you and make you feel comfortable asking questions.
What stood out most was how helpful they were in finding a safe, properly sized bike for my child. They didn’t rush the process and made sure everything felt right, which gave me a lot of confidence as a parent.
You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, not just making a sale. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great experience—especially families buying a bike for their kids!

Great experience at this shop today!
I walked in and Ofir approached me right away. He took the time to explain the differences between the bikes and helped me choose the right one based on what I’ll be using it for. He was patient, knowledgeable, and even stayed a little later to make sure the fit was right. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the great service.
