Highly recommend Trek of Paramus. Mike and team were outstanding in answering all questions, allowing as much time to test ride multiple bicycles before my wife and I could make our decision on which bike to purchase. After lengthy test rides we decided to purchase the Verve 3's Gen 5 bicycles. We added some accessories which Mike and his team stayed after hours to install insuring we could take our bikes home that night. Trek of Paramus is an outstanding bicycle shop with the most knowledgeable and professional salesperson and high degree of service knowledge. Wife and I highly recommend Trek of Paramus. I recently went to the Trek Bicycle Paramus location after the Edgewater store closed, and I had a really good experience. Kyle was super helpful. I had to leave my bike there for a tune-up, and since Paramus is much farther than the Edgewater location I used to go to, I was a bit bummed out about having to come back. But he ended up bringing my bike back to me himself, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Really appreciated the service—thank you!
