I recently went to the Trek Bicycle Paramus location after the Edgewater store closed, and I had a really good experience. Kyle was super helpful. I had to leave my bike there for a tune-up, and since Paramus is much farther than the Edgewater location I used to go to, I was a bit bummed out about having to come back. But he ended up bringing my bike back to me himself, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Really appreciated the service—thank you!

The team here is absolutely wonderful. The men working at this Paramus location are some of the kindest and friendliest people—they really take their time with you and make you feel comfortable asking questions.
What stood out most was how helpful they were in finding a safe, properly sized bike for my child. They didn’t rush the process and made sure everything felt right, which gave me a lot of confidence as a parent.

I walked in and Ofir approached me right away. He took the time to explain the differences between the bikes and helped me choose the right one based on what I’ll be using it for. He was patient, knowledgeable, and even stayed a little later to make sure the fit was right. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the great service.

Serviced my home trainer bike, and everything was done perfect.
At the time of pick up, a minor non-essential issue was found. They decided to re-do that whole aspect of the servicing even though it would never amount to anything in the future.
