Trek Paramus staff was extremely helpful as my son was looking for a new bike. I called first before I went and spoke to Mike who helped us when we arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. My son was a bit indecisive and let him try multiple bikes, showed multiple colors and even let him try a few helmets and look at himself in a mirror to pick his favorite style and color. The mechanic there, I didn’t catch his name, was helpful as well and even gave my son a tshirt. All in all quality product from a great staff. Thanks!

Just want to say Bill from the Rt 17 store was excellent..knowledgeable..helped fix a tire cleaned the bike up and installed some new pedals and grips for me last minute..super friendly and worked quickly..thank you Bill! Will be comming back

Harry was awesome to work with when purchasing my new Domane road bike. I reserved it online the night before and he called me the following morning to see when I could come in to check it out but I was already on my way! Once in the store, he helped me figure out which accessories I needed and was able to answer all of my questions. This store was 2 hours away from me and I would absolutely go back for my next bike purchase!

I visited this store today 8/16/24 for the first time looking for a pair of shoes for my spin class workout, behind the counter is Mike who was the gentleman who helped me with everything, Mike was super professional, patient and helped me with everything regarding information about the shoes, and above all exactly the Clipless that I needed for my shoes, he put them on the shoes, in short, after leaving the store so pleased with the service that Mike offered me that I will not hesitate to return to buy my bike in this store if you come to this store ask for Mike he is a gentleman who knows what he is doing and has much more experience in everything related to the world of cycling, Thank you very much Mike for your help, I wish all stores had people like Mike
