Had an exceptionally good experience buying my first Trek about a year ago. Marlin 8 came set up with tubeless tires, just returned to store for sealant replacement. Another positive experience.

Small acts of customer service have a tendency to build longer lasting relationships in which good business can be conducted within. It's nice to find a person/establishment that has an inkling of this. As such, I really want to thank Matthew for helping me out yesterday afternoon with my tires - I had a great ride before the sun went down!
Update: 9/14/24. I went in for service item and the staff was fast, friendly and reasonable on pricing.
