Took my bike to Trek to have my tubeless tires serviced. Everyone there was courteous and professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do with my bike. I was very happy with the whole experience. I'll definitely bring my back whenever it's service.

We brought in a used bike with a slipping chain, and from the moment we walked in, Kevin greeted us warmly and got straight to work. He didn’t just fix the bike in record time; he also gave us a mini lesson on bike care, showing incredible patience and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a shop that goes above and beyond like this—Kevin’s expertise and kindness truly made our visit memorable. When it’s time to upgrade my son’s bike, there’s no doubt we’ll be coming back here. Highly recommend!

Great store. Fast and simple transaction. All team members made me feel like a valued customer. Answered all my questions and broke down the warranty information fully for me. Even assisted me loading my bike in the back of my SUV. Will be back when I need service or another ride.
