I brought in four bikes that needed some love, three of which were nice, carbon fiber bikes. They took care of each with detail and integrity. I felt respected and valued as a customer. The entire staff was very knowledgeable. I'd reccomend Trek Bicycle without hesitation.

Stopped by the Gig Harbor location with my buddy while on a ride. His bike was not shifting properly and we asked if they could check it out. Nora, Chris and the tech all helped to fix the problem and get us on our way. Great customer service, more than was expected. Didn’t think they would fix it on the spot. My friend is new to the area and has found his go to bike shop. Thanks TREK in Gig Harbor!

Nora, the store manager, is amazing, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, accommodating and all things customer service. I came in with no intention of buying a bike and to just gain some knowledge and walked out with a bike (a week later after re-visiting the shop every day for that week) and a smile. I watched them with many other customers during my many times visiting the shop and they consistently met each customer with kindness and a genuine desire to help with any need they had. Thank you Nora. You Rock.

The shop had a good selection and a good feel to it. Additionally, the store manager Nora was excellent to me. I’m just getting back into cycling after 15 years, and she guided me through finding the right bike in a straightforward and non pushy way. Additionally, she took me on a test ride to make sure it was a good match, all in addition to arranging a rental for me, since my chosen bike had to be ordered.
