Had been in worsening pain for about 4 years, and went here to address the root of the problem! 2 months in to my treatment plan and I’m feeling better and more hopeful progressing towards true health than I thought I’d be able to reach without invasive surgeries, this place is professional, kind, and actually listens and addresses patients issues and records and produces tangible results. Dr J and his staff are fantastic. I could barely walk with my sciatic pain when I first went to him 8 weeks ago. I could not work or even sleep in my own bed. I could only get minimal rest in my recliner chair. I was diagnosed with six herniated discs and had two other doctors recommend me for surgery. I highly recommend that anybody with back or sciatic pain visit Dr J. I have been dealing with back pain my entire adult life and I have not felt this good in 20 plus years. He truly has been a Godsend.

I have suffered from severe headaches for years. I hit the Internet to get the phone number of a chiropractor I had been using when I saw this ad about headache relief. I also checked their reviews he can work magic. I discovered that the bend in neck was backwards! After a few weeks of visits, he reversed it! That was a major thing and relieved my headaches! I love these folks as they are genuinely nice people! Thank you very much Dr Hartley and staff! BTW, this happened when I was 11 and in a horrific head-on, high speed car accident. I am now 76.

Dr. Hartley’s office is the best I’ve ever been to. I have struggled for two years with a bad neck curve from a chronic condition which brings a lot of orthostatic pain. The summer before finding him I was going to another chiropractor, a physical therapist and a regular doctor and was still in constant pain even after a year of treatment. A week into my intensive treatment with Dr. Hartley the pain consistently has been minimal to none. And two months into treatment the bulge on my left shoulder from the curve has evened and I experience 90% less pain and fatigue weekly than the previous year. And I’m so thankful I can go back to doing the activities that bring me joy daily. Everyone is very nice at the office as well!

Dr. Hartley found things going on in my body that could cause severe problems. I will be forever grateful to him for getting me the test that I need and helping me feel better.

My experience at Hartley Chiropractic was amazing. I went in with constant lower back pain and headaches. After going in for an initial consultation, Dr. J Hartley gave me a program to follow inside and outside of the office. Sticking with the program and going in for my weekly appointments helped me immensely and relieved a lot of the pain I was having. From the front desk to the spinal correction room the whole office is pleasant to be around and always has me leaving in a better mood than I came in with. I have had scoliosis for over 50 years and it has got worse as I have gotten older. Other treatments really didn't do much and I was shrinking (5' 8" to 5'2") Based on x-rays, Dr Hartley developed a plan that specifically addressed my issues. I have grow 1 1/2 inches !! and had improvements in my scoliosis curve. The staff is always supportive and responsive to requests. A group of caring people.

As a follow up to my review below…… We have now been coming to Dr Hartley regularly for two years, and the results are still life changing. I am still out of pain and find my brace supportive and helpful allowing me to be on my feet for hours doing things I want to do such as cooking, taking walks, etc. These are things that had become difficult due to back and hip pain. My daughter is a D1 college swimmer and doing very well. I am not sure she would still be swimming if it were not for her work with Dr Hartley. We feel so blessed to have found Dr Hartley and his team. Thank you!! My teenage daughter and I both have scoliosis challenges. She is an elite level swimmer and scoliosis has tremendously affected her strokes and her breathing , so much that it was misdiagnosed as asthma. For me, my scoliosis exhibited in back and hip pain in middle age and became all consuming pain that inhibited sleep, movement etc. Due to our work with Dr Hartley and his team, we are both pain free and this treatment has been life changing. My daughter’s swimming has improved dramatically and she is off all asthma meds with no breathing problems. I am no longer in pain and am now sleeping well and confident that I have found my own path to permanent healing. The front of office staff were friendly and able to answer any questions I had. Doctor J assessed my injury and took x-rays to be precise in his correction. After taking the x-rays we went over them together and he explained everything they showed. Then he prescribed a treatment plan specific to me and the therapy assistants followed through with the plan. When I came to the clinic I had pain whenever I extended my back, and after about two weeks of treatment and adjustments I am pain free and have full range of motion restored. I am a 62 year young woman and have a moderately severe S-curve -scoliosis. However, unlike some older individuals, I have been very active in weightlifting thoughout my life and continue to compete in powerlifting. I have been seeing Dr. Hartley since 2017 and obtained a Scolibrace at that time as well as exercises to assist with my curvature. Over the last four years, my weight has fluctuated approximately 22 pounds. Dr. Hartley has been able to willingly adjust my original Scolibrace several times and has been extremely helpful in my discussion of workouts and ways to protect my back while still engaging in the activities that I love. I’ve been going to Dr. Hartley since May of this year and my life has changed so much for the better. I was diagnosed with scoliosis at 14 and was told more than once by different doctors to try PT to “fix it” and it just never helped. At 22 I was almost resigned to thinking I’d just be in pain for the rest of my life but then I found Dr. Hartley.
