Josh took every opportunity to explain the value of different bikes and accessories for my particular use case. Patient and kind all the way through, if I could give Josh 100 stars I absolutely would.
There is no better place to find a new bike then here. You'll leave more knowledgeable and more excited to get out and ride then you were before!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They only recommend it what is truly needed and did not try to oversell you on things you don’t need. As someone who knows very little about bikes, I trust them on their recommendations.

Josh and the team at Trek are so knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service that they offer is almost non-existent now. They truly care about what’s best for you and your biking circumstances. My family and I were traveling from Texas and two out the four of our bikes were stolen one night. The Trek team heard this story and we out of this way to make sure that my family got two similar bikes up and running very quickly to complete our trip to Yosemite.
I can’t say enough about the character of this team. They could have taken advantage of the situation but did not. I highly recommend them.
