Seeing tigers was incredible. Hanging our own prayer flags was really cool, and Tiger’s Nest was breathtaking.

Wow, some of the accommodations were over the top—so beautiful, with wonderful staff. I loved it all, from Kathmandu to the tranquility of Bhutan and all the nature in between. Our Expedition Leader is the whole package—sensitive to the group’s needs, highly organized, gracious to everyone, and very knowledgeable about flora, fauna and culture.

All the accommodations were excellent and far exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to pick just one highlight—the guides and fellow travelers made it fun, and I enjoyed seeing several parts of Bhutan and the sense of peace we felt just being there. The trek to Tiger’s Nest was especially memorable. Keep up the amazing work!

I felt very safe and cared for throughout the journey. All of the lodges were dreams to stay in and places to relish. All of the meals were great to excellent. There were ample options for all, including for vegetarians such as myself. The entire trip was simply wonderful and fantastic! Our Expedition Leader was beyond amazing—he is witty, extremely knowledgeable, polite, able to engage with all types of people, unquestionably capable, creative, and very kind.

Every day was filled with experiences so special, one could not begin to comprehend the richness of the activities provided. Phenomenal! Seeing the rhinos in Chitwan National Park was amazing. I have wanted to trek to Tiger's Nest since I was a child and was beyond exhilarated by the experience. I have always experienced an unspoken level of concern over safety on our trips. As always, Natural Habitat made sure we never went hungry and provided the most delicious meals--you go above and beyond to provide extraordinary dining experiences. Our guide seemed to be everywhere at once, doing his best to ensure everyone was taken care of--a true gem of a man. There was a great variety of activities on the trip, both cultural and nature-focused--temples and monasteries; hikes in Punakha Valley and to Tiger's Nest; seeing tigers and rhinos in Chitwan National Park. All hotels were excellent and above expectations. I was also impressed with the quality and variety of vegetarian meals.

The activities were varied and perfect in every way. The wildlife viewing in Chitwan National Park was beyond our wildest expectations. Our visits to temples, dzongs and nunneries in Bhutan and the city tour in Kathmandu were fascinating. The accommodations were outstanding in every respect. We couldn't have been happier. We were happy to assure the first-time travelers in the group that this was a very typical, wonderful Nat Hab experience. Everything was first-rate.
