Lovely little break away with the kids, Caravan is lovely with brilliant view over the sea. The owner mark goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, met us at the caravan upon arrival and made sure we new to contact him for anything we needed.Will definitely use mark again in the future if when we are wanting a little break away kids have loved it.

Great view of sea and lovely decking and seating area to enjoy the sunshine and so quiet and peaceful. Couldn't of exceeded expectations any more, as my Mum said" it was the best caravan she had ever stayed in "

We are just back from a wonderful Monday to Friday short break. From the moment the holiday was booked we were in the capable hands of Mark who ensured we had the best experience. He met us at the caravan with the keys and explained how things worked and gave us his personal mobile number so we could contact him if we needed to. Mark told us a little about the area and where the main attractions were. The Caravan was clean, warm and comfortable. It was fully equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans etc. The heating system was efficient and easy to adjust and plenty of hot water. The shower was powerful and easily adjustable to the right temperature. The weather meant that we didn't get to use the outside furniture on the decking, but we had a splendid view of the sea and boats from inside the caravan through the large picture window. The site had a small shop which stocked the basics as well as some treats. We visited the pool which was fun and the club house which had some good family entertainment. We used the mobile phone app to order drinks etc and they were promptly delivered to our table. The beach with its soft sand and dunes is very picturesque although the steps to reach it were a little difficult with the pushchair. There are also many attractions to explore close by. We would definitely recommend it.

Just returned from a lovely weekend away. Everything was easy from checkin to leaving. Great location on the site, views out to sea, great for sitting out on the decking.Lovely and clean.Everything you need, from kitchenware to cleaning products. Look forward to returning in the future.

The caravan and site have all you need for a great weekend. The caravan has everything you could need and spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable and heating is great if you need it. Site has everyting you need, pool, clubhouse and a spectacular beach. Communication with owner is great...cant do enough to make sure ypu have a great stay. Book a stay here...ypu wont tegret it...will definitely be back.

We spent a weekend at the caravan at the end of July.It was absolutely fantastic, the caravan is lovely and clean and has a deck with great views.Only a 5 minute walk to the beach which is superb.We loved it so much we have booked to come back again in August with the kids!

Brought my Mother-in-law and husband to Crimdon Dene for some much needed respite. We had an absolutely wonderful time and cannot recommend it enough to those looking for a relaxing holiday. The caravan was immaculate and the views just awe-inspiring. To wake up and sit so close to the open sea was a form of escapism which was appreciated by all of us.My Mother-in-law loves bingo, hence we attended every night which was swiftly followed by a meal in the restaurant and further entertainment in the showbar.There really is something for everybody here, and next time I will definitely be bringing the Kids as there is plenty for them to do.Thank you so much Mark and Jade for ensuring our holiday went off without a hitch! We will be back!

Back from a lovely weekend at the caravan. Lovely and clean. Views to the sea were amazing kids thoroughly enjoyed the beach and arcade's although are pockets didn't. The owners were very attentive and just at the end of the phone if we had any questions. Home from home really. Would defo return. Entertainment for the kids was great and also they had adult entertainment but with two small children we never saw so can't comment.

We have been on many Haven holidays which have been brilliant but chose Parkdean at Crimdon Dene due to the location. We initially paid £350 for the weekend for 3 adults and 3 kids aged 4,7 and 8.Day prior to our arrival, the park called us after noticing we had an OAP in our party and offered us an upgrade to a larger caravan closer to the entertainment complex for an additional £40.Pleased we did, the caravan was lovely and in a great spot although furniture was well worn and you could feel every spring in the twin bedrooms. Toilet roll could have been good to have in the caravan as a necessity.The entertainment complex and pool were tiny in comparison to the size of the site.The more time we spent here the more that we found that nothing was as it was advertised..We paid £8.50 per child to ‘meet the pups’ (Paw Patrol) and found out that these were in fact cardboard cut outs!False advertising. Thankfully we cancelled more than 2hrs prior so got a full refund.The staff in the pool were rude and unhelpful. We were told that although there were only a handful of places to book online, you were able to walk in, however this was not the case. You have to walk in to book a place?!At the Boathouse, the crew repeatedly picked little girls to get up on the stage which was a shame given we had 3 boys.The prizes were laughable, stickers and fridge magnets.The stage and dance floor were tiny. The dance-floor was less than 2m deep and approx 4m wideThey sold bubble guns at the club but the kids were the restricted as to where they could use them.The amusement arcade was really small and there was only 1 member of staff in there to help with all the machines that kept malfunctioning and exchanging tickets for prizes. She was great but dont know how she done it on her own.The Milkshake morning was all shown on TV screens high up with no interaction with the kids, making the kids bored asking to leave early. We could have watched this at the caravan more comfortably - again not satisfactory.Given this cost around the same as a Haven site, there was no comparison.More money to expand and invest in this place is desperately needed.I would rather chose a Haven site that was further away than stay here again.
