Big fan of Trek bikes, great selection here and a great staff to work with on new bikes. I have also been working with the staff on some upgrades to my current bikes and getting parts to fix up some of my kids' bikes. I recently took in my personal bike for service. One of the few non-Trek bikes I own. The tech was great, showed me what parts needed to be upgrades, what maintenance would be done and what possible parts might also be needed. The bike was not in the shop long and when returned it was as good as or better than new. Not sure I even knew how much better the bike would be after this maintenance. Highly recommend if you haven't had your bike serviced by a professional team in a while, you choose Dublin Trek and let them take great care of your ride.

I had been interested in a new Madone SLR 9/Gen 8. This place came highly recommended from some local bike rider buddies of mine. Matthew, Russ, and Andrew all were very helpful and patient with me. They took their time and answered all questions I had over a several hour period. I purchased the Madone, picked it back up 6 days later and absolutely love it. I will continue to do all my Trek business here in the future.

Shout out for Taylor Williams, manager of Sawmill Rd Columbus Ohio Trek store!
I just had hand surgery and needed a different set of wheels placed on a walker. A walker of all things! Taylor stopped what he was doing and figured out how to apply swivel wheels onto it and then refused to take payment for his time. Directions were lousy, but he figured out what every nut and bolt was to do. Thank you very much, Taylor!
