Wow, just wow. My trip today to this store was the first time I ever went to purchase a brand new higher end bike and can not be any happier with my experience.
Chad and Nolan were patient with me while I navigated through all the options. I always wanted a Trek bike and heard nothing but great things. Coming from a long time of purchasing bikes from Walmart and OfferUp, this experience was completely different and I basically knew nothing about bikes when we got into the details of everything.
But all my questions were answered, I was offered test rides, and ultimately landed on the Dual Sport. I've been wanting to get out more and get active from working in an office all the time. This purchase is going to support my goals and motivate me.
Thank you to those awesome guys for making this first time experience amazing, I intend on getting my family in here for some bikes too.

I made a reservation online for a new Trek ALR 5 and arrived as soon as the store opened the next day. Andrew took great care of me and helped me find all of the accessories and safety gear I would need for my new ride. He even helped me ratchet the bike down in the back of my pickup before leaving and made sure the bike I purchased was a great fit. Can't wait to hit the trails this spring -- I couldn't be happier with the entire experience!

A great experience. I rode 7 different bikes and the diferences among the bikes were fully explained - I asked basic questions why do I care about each feature and judged against the cost. Trek Columbus Sawmill explained it clearly so I could evaluate the features/benefits. Very patient with their time and I appreciate it.
