Joe was fantastic! He responded quickly to my online request to hold a bike and was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. He made sure I had everything I needed once I got to the store. The shop itself was clean, well organized, and had a solid selection of bikes and accessories. The rest of the staff were just as welcoming.
