The team have been nothing but amazing! I cannot fault them at all. When I thought my son would have no present for his birthday (due to weather) Trek Carindale made it happen by personally opening the shop so I could collect the bike! Thanks so much! This is an excellent bike shop. It's well laid out, easy to get to, and has super friendly staff. They have a good line up of gear and a onsite mechanic who seems very well respected.

|I purchased a Trek Fuel EXE 9.8 a couple of weeks ago. This is my first MTB and eBike and it is awesome. The quality of the components used, and the meticulous attention to detail in the build is very impressive.

Trek bikes are awesome. I own 4 Trek bikes 3 of which are top end Madones bought over last 20 years. Customer service at the Trek stores I’ve used has and continues to be exemplary. Thought I might have to right off my 2010 Madone 6.5 pro due to an unresolved bottom bracket issue but Trek have agreed to investigate given this is apparently a know issue. Amazing!!

Best bike store in Brisbane. The staff are really nice and knowledgeable, and they’ve always looked after me and given good advice. Whenever I have a small issue with my bike, I swing by and they fix it up. Would highly recommend. I buy all my cycling kit here.
