Other team members that I spoke to during the purchase were also welcoming and helpful, as there was a miscommunication with the first team member during the EOFY sale, but the sale price was honoured and you have a very happy customer. Trek has a reputation for quality bikes. The service at Trek Carindale during the sale process and after it has been exceptional. The store personnel did not hesitate in providing detailed advice when I requested it regarding new bicycle aspects I have not been familiar with previously such as wireless gear sets and tubeless tyres. I am very happy with my new bike and choice regarding where to buy it.

Couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received from Trek Carindale. Addison was helpful, knowledgeable and treated me like an old friend. He took his time running through my ideal bike and I never felt any pressure to buy. As soon as I pedalled away on my test ride, I knew instantly the Domane SL5 was the bike for me. A special mention must also go to Lara, who bent over backwards to ensure I had the correct bracket for my front light when I picked the bike up. Thanks guys!
