Very happy with our experience here.
Initially we bought a marlin 4 and a dual sport.
The dual sport did not work out for us and we exchanged it for a marlin 5.
The only concern from them was what we didn't like about the dual sport and absolutely no hassle.
Everyone has been extremely friendly, informative and all around just great to deal with.
Our kids will be needing bikes soon, and we will definitely be return customers.

We were welcomed, made to feel comfortable, and the staff was very upbeat. Luke was phenomenal, he was very informative, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. We looked at other places for bicycles and we were on the fence with what and where to buy, the staff at Trek Bicycle Walled Lake was what sold us on buying here!!

Very nice bicycle store, well laid out and clean. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The staff helped me with all my questions and helped me to compare products and tailor my purchase to my riding lifestyle. Purchased the Trek FX 5 Sport, excellent gravel bike for the road and groomed trails. I would definitely recommend Trek Bicycle of Walled Lake.

Hands down, the Trek Walled Lake store is the best. My husband and I are previous Trek buyers and this has always been our store. Stephen, Cal, and Jordan were no exception in providing us a great experience. I transitioned to an e-bike, the Verve 2 Lowstep Gen 3 and my husband purchased a Verve 3 Lowstep Gen 5. The bikes are beautiful and offer all the options we would want. My husbands new bike was refitted with all his accessories off his old bike and Trek donated his old bike for us. Cal delivered our new bikes to our home, in a covered van on a snowy afternoon. Their service is outstanding. We can’t wait for warmer weather to start riding again.

Cal and team are a pleasure to work with. As an MTB noob they are always responsive to my questions and genuinely eager to help me learn about my bike's features and how to keep it well maintained. I mentioned that a gravel bike was next up and we chatted about the new Checkpoints. Cal sent a follow up email with a nice personal message about our visit, several informative links, a quote, and an offer to come in anytime to give the new Checkpoints a test run.
