I purchased my Trek FX3 from Trek Bicycle Wildwood just about a year and a month ago. The purchase experience went great and I appreciate the military discount on parts and accessories they offer for those of us who have served. I brought the bike in for a tuneup and they explained everything in detail so that I experienced no surprises and the bike ride like a new bike again. Last week, I broke my crank arm and they fixed it under warranty ahead of time while keeping me informed of the progress via email. This shop focuses on the customer after the sale of the bike because they plan on staying in business for the long term. I cannot recommend Trek Bicycle Wildwood for all of your bicycle needs enough.
