The professional service at this shop is outstanding. Everytime I visit with my bike needs I am pleasantly helped by knowledgeable workers who are friendly and eager to help me. It doesn't matter if it is a bike from their store or not, the service is top notch! Great to have them in our community!

Great experience. Shopped for an e-bike for my wife. They had the inventory that could enable a smart selection, the staff that was experienced and attentive, and we felt like they were eager to satisfy our request without being condescending or pushy. Rare qualities in a bike shop.

I brought my bike in because the brakes were squeaking terribly. Kevin looked at it and said it needed new brake pads. He gave me the price for the pads and labor and I thought it was reasonable so left it with him to work on. He said it should be done within a day or two. He called me back about an hour later and it was done! Excellent customer service from everyone at the store! Thank you!
