I went to this Trek store close to closing time, a little over an hour, needing my rear tire replaced. The entire staff was awesome!! They were all extremely busy with customers and i wasn't sure if my bike would be able to get fixed in time, but once Deb finished with her other customer's needs she got right to evaluating my bike's needs. She let me know it would be ready Monday morning, they are closed on Sunday. When I explained my situation, Deb consulted with Grant, and to my very grateful suprise he said he could get it done while I waited, and he did and I was able to take my weekend bike rides!!! Deb even helped me reload my bike in my Kia Soul, and gave a few very helpful and informative pointers on the correct way to position my bike. Deb & Grant you both are more than 5 thank you for your above and beyond customer service!

Great place for repairs no matter what brand you own. Friendly and helpful staff. Brands sold are primarily Trek products. They will install non-Trek products if you purchase elsewhere.

I brought my bike in with a noise that the bike was making, my other bike shops could not find it. I was so discouraged. Wildwood trek shop worked very hard to find the noise, they went out of there way. And gave me a discount also. They said if we can’t fix it we will give your money back. EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you for getting me back on my bike with ease.

Trek bikes are the best on the market and I have been with Trek since 2010 Nashville. I will never buy another brand bike and I always have my bike serviced at the Trek store. When you receive your bike back from a service, never ever any issues.

The professional service at this shop is outstanding. Everytime I visit with my bike needs I am pleasantly helped by knowledgeable workers who are friendly and eager to help me. It doesn't matter if it is a bike from their store or not, the service is top notch! Great to have them in our community!
