The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around as they made their recommendation, walked me through the accessories I wanted based on the type of riding I would be doing and assembled my bike. They even lent me an Alan key because we had to take the front tire off of the bike to get it back to my house. Really a pleasure to shop with and the bike is great! I really love it. Thanks!

We were very happy that they stood by their products; had them replace the tires on a road bike in Apr 2025 and they developed problems by mid March 2026 (and were not ridden May-Oct of 2025 & stored in AC while gone, so only ridden 4 or 5 months). Brought the bike in and they agreed they were defective (one tire was splitting, the other separating and bubbling). They took care of the issue by replacing the tires at no cost, and had the bike ready by mid morning of the next day. Excellent service, and great customer support. We will definitely continue to use the shop and recommend them to others!

Today, my wife and I visited Trek Bicycle Wildwood to explore bike options. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel at ease, and we ended up purchasing bikes for both of us. Our salesperson, Debra, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, making the entire experience seamless. Debra and another employee, James, also helped us with safety accessories like helmets, lights, and mirrors, and even explained bike maintenance.
We highly recommend Trek Bicycle Wildwood for anyone looking to purchase a high quality bicycle. It was a fantastic experience overall!
