Joe and the team did a great job replacing 2 entry doors, 2 sliding doors, and 10 windows in our townhouse. They were very communicative but never pushy, and they were willing to negotiate prices to match a competing offer. They were in tune with our desires, including making sure that appropriate holes were drilled in the doors so that we could use electronic locks that we bought and wanted installed. They were very conscious of aesthetic requirements by our HOA. Installation was quick and clean, although the project was slightly delayed because the company they ordered the windows from ran late. At every step, Royalty was a pleasure to work with!

We interviewed several companies and we engaged Royalty Windows to replace 11 windows in our unit. It was an easy experience and we went over our goals with Joe H (salesperson) and he provided several recommendations. He even came out on a Saturday at the warehouse to meet with us and go over the options. We ended up picking Marvin as they were affordable and look great; we went with the black. They also keep the sound and temps out. We are overall very happy with the experience and would recommend.

Provided videos of the differences between windows and why we should go with the ones we did (ex - added benefits to meet our goals). Enjoying learning about their process. We had one minor issue due to a manufacturing error. Royalty had a manufacturing rep at my home in 1 week and they promptly manufactured a new window. Royalty then made sure everything was fixed to our satisfaction.

David and his crew arrived on time and the whole experience was great. They covered all the furniture and cleaned up before they left. I had an old garden bay window removed as well as a kitchen and bedroom window on a 2nd floor vintage condo. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them. I picked them because I liked that they were a family owned business, and want to keep that kind of work alive in today’s world! Pictures included, but the view of another building across the way doesn’t do them justice! AAA!

LOWEST PRICE! Guaranteed you won’t beat their price without sacrificing quality. Great company to work with, family owned and operated. You get a very personal touch with them but the expertise of a much larger company. The windows they used were of the top quality and the installation was impeccable. We ran into an issue with my current wood floorboard and the new patio door they were installing. They were very flexible, we went through multiple iterations and trials and they created the best solution.
I would highly recommend this company. My neighbor used them also and his windows also turned out brilliant.

We moved into our condo a few months ago knowing the windows needed to be replaced. We solicited quotes from local businesses, all of which were similar in terms of cost. What set Royalty Windows apart for us was the quality of communication we had with their team. The sales person we worked with, Joe, was always around to answer questions and discuss our options as we mulled the project over. When we decided to move forward, it was easy to schedule final measurements and even the install, which was quick and painless, even in the winter.
We are pleased with the quality of work the Royalty team did for us; these windows and the finishing touches around them are a huge improvement visually. While I hope these windows last us a long time, I’m glad we went with Royalty windows and would certainly choose them again for future projects.

Awesome experience with Royalty Windows. They replaced 25 windows in our home and did an amazing job. Our place has 16 ft ceilings with giant windows in the living room and Royalty did an awesome job installing over just a couple days. Highly recommend!
