I had an excellent experience with Royalty Windows. They replaced ten windows and a storm door in a single day with transparent communication from Patrick throughout the entire process, both leading up to it and during the day of work. They also made sure to avoid any damage to my newly refinished hardwood floors and cleaned up so there was no mess afterwards. Highly recommended!

Royalty windows did a fantastic job to replace my townhome windows, all the way from consulting, planning and execution, they have been detailed oriented. When the project is done, they also make sure everything is wrapped up and cleaned before they go.

We needed new windows and interviewed at least 8 window vendors (not a pleasant experience). While researching online Royalty was recommended. They didn't do the "hard sell" that we had experienced with some of the other sales people. They worked with us on our budget and we felt that we got value for money. They came out to the install on time. They were very nice to work with. Mark came each day to check on the progress. The install team were excellent. They left every room spotless before they left each day. We are more than pleased with the windows and the install. We are very happy that we chose Royalty Windows.

We had all the original windows of our 100 year old home replaced just over a year ago. I waited to do this review because I wanted to see how they performed throughout the year. I can say the windows have been great through the very cold winters and hot summers of Chicago. I echo all the other positive reviews. Royalty was easy to work with from the consultation, measuring to installation. The team members were professional, on time and polite. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Great price and they did a wonderful job of installing 6 windows without any interruption to my work-from-home day and completely working around our house cleaner as well. The gentleman ….Vova, Victor and Justin, who did the installation, were just that = professional, timely, knew what needed to get done and did it all the while being careful, tidy, friendly and patient answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend Royalty Windows. Can’t wait for a cold, snowy winter… Because of my new windows, I’ll be warm!

Royalty Windows is outstanding! From start to finish, everyone we dealt with were very respectful and professional- Joe, Justin, Patrick and David. Their crew of highly skilled men beautifully installed our 6 windows, patio door and entry door in 2 days and they also cleaned up after the project is completed.
Special shout out to Justin who stayed the whole 2 days during installation. He explained to us what’s being done and at the end walked us through everything. Justin was also very honest and transparent because he showed us a small scratch in one of the glass in the patio door which we didn’t even notice had he not pointed it out. Justin called the glass company to get it replaced and assured us that it will be taken cared of.
Also thanks to Joe and David, who stopped by before the project completion. They made sure that all our concerns were addressed and they all assured us that we can easily reach out to any of them if we have any concerns or problems in the future with the doors and windows. Joe is so kind and overall a great guy. His job didn’t stop after getting the contract. He acted as our consultant in order for us to get our condo board approval for the change in style of our windows. Everyone at Royalty is quick to respond to messages. They gladly answered all our questions. We’re very glad we had Royalty Windows to do this big project for us. We highly recommend them.

They did a wonderful job. Finished I. The time frame they quoted for the price quoted. They even pointed out a few imperfections in the screens and one pane of glass that was damaged in shipment. Those items were replaced and everything looks great! Would recommend and use Royalty again for a few windows and sliding door we didn’t do on this project.

We highly recommend Royalty Windows. From the consultation to the installation, they are very easy to work with - clear communicators, courteous, and they do great work. They replaced 4 really old windows on our second floor and tackled it in one afternoon. They also left the place spotless. Over a year ago Royalty also replaced our business's first-floor windows and our garage windows and all of them still look brand new and function perfectly. They are a wonderful group to work with.

I had Royalty install 9 windows and 4 doors for me last fall and they did great work at a much more reasonable price than some of the other companies. If you are in the market for new windows or doors, give these guys a call, you won’t be disappointed! Joe and David were both great to work with and went the extra mile for me to make a difficult installation work in my situation.
