We finished installation of our remaining
Windows with this company. They were efficient and couldn’t even tell there was a crew installing windows after they left. Customer service has always been spectacular. We noticed a gap in the window and could t figure out how to move the window to close the gap. They had us send a pic of the window and then they sent out someone a day later who basically just popped the window back in the track. We have called them as well to ask questions about the operation of the windows for cleaning, etc.

After pricing out many window companies, we went Royalty Windows. This was mainly based on their reviews and the fact they were honest and great to work with in the beginning with no pressure sales and honest pricing up front (no games). Throughout the whole process everyone we worked with was very kind, honest, and simply great to work with. More importantly, the job they did was amazing. All the windows look great and the trim work around the windows is extremely well done. We are so happy with our new windows, and the overall experience working with Royalty Windows. Best of all, it is great to support a local, family owned business.

Used Royalty Windows to replace 2 sliders and 1 front door on two townhouses in Chicago (so 6 doors total) . They did a great job and were very responsive and warm throughout the process. We ran into one snag with one of the doors (that wasn't their fault) and they worked with us to have it corrected. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future!

My experience with Royalty windows was excellent. They were professional, did what they said they would do and were very customer service oriented. Appointments were kept on time and they communicated well every step of the way. They were knowledgeable, patient, available to answer questions and helped me to select the best windows for my aesthetic and budget. The installers answered all my questions, did a great job with the install and cleaned up well when they were finished. Talk about providing an excellent customer experience. This is a good group of people, I highly recommend them.

I used Royalty Windows to replace 10 windows throughout my house. The process was very easy. 30 minutes one day to quote, 15 minutes one day to measure, and just 1 full day to install. I received quotes from two other places. I chose Royalty due to a friend's positive review of them. The windows look great and we immediately noticed an improvement in room temperature feel. The cost was less than I expected when initially set out to replace the windows. I am overall very happy with my experience and would recommend Royalty for replacement windows.
