I called a lot of window companies and received no response or they had too many bad reviews. When I found the Royalty site I was amazed at the number of positive reviews. After checking them out, the reviews appeared real. I met David at a local window manufacturer and talked with the owner about his windows. I was impressed with his windows and had Royalty install them. They did a good job and I am using them next for some storm doors.

Royalty window did a phenomenal job at my house. They came in and did it in 2 days. Just like they promised, the price was very fair but even had recommendations that I went with. And I couldn't be happier with the product. I would highly recommend having them do your windows!!!

We had 23 window replaced in our Chicago bungalow, including 13 prairie grid style windows that were original to the house. Throughout the process, from receiving an estimate, negotiating, scheduling install, and the install itself, the Royalty team was in excellent communication with us. We were looking for a very custom color for some of our windows, and the Royalty team was extremely patient in helping us review our options, price out alternatives, and make final decisions. When install days came, the team was timely, efficient, and eager to check that we were happy with the work. Highly recommend!

Royalty Windows did a great job replacing 18 windows with a crew that is very professional and efficient. Patrick and David are wonderful to work with: they obtained the permit, kept us updated throughout the project and all was completed on time. The crew did an amazing job with clean up and also applying the caulk neatly around each window. The best part is I can open my windows again with the use of the screens!

Royalty replaced 9 Anderson casement windows in my condo. They are a great team! The work went fast over 2 days and they cleaned up and took away everything. They put in custom cut molding around my existing sink area granite. They also replaced rotting wood, cleaning out the opening to the brick. I highly recommend Royalty Window and their excellent installation team.

The windows were installed on-time with a very experienced crew; no damage to the stucco exterior. I noticed a manufacturing defect on one sash and Royalty placed a replacement order.
