I bought a new condo last year and the previous windows and glass doors were pretty poor workmanship that was letting in drafts in winter, driving up my energy bill, and causing ice and water damage. I called around many places and found out the hard way that Chicago requires companies to have special insurance to do window construction above the third floor! I didn’t want to be stuck with a big company who had the insurance but terrible reviews, so I did some hunting and found Royalty Windows!
My first impression was they were very professional and were also respectful of the new furniture I had purchased for my place. They listened to my needs and came up with a great solution that ended up letting in more light than I had even expected in the first place! You can tell they really stand by their work product. And all the work didn’t take them more than two days to do! I couldn’t be happier!
Seriously, do yourself a favor and hire these guys!

Impressive customer service and attention to detail. From the sales rep to the installation team everyone was polite and patient to answer all my questions. Our first installation date had to be postponed when they discovered a small defect in one of the windows. I was kept fully informed of the situation and appreciated that they had the manufacturer fix the problem instead of trying to install it anyway and hope for the best. Reasonable pricing and quality installation service.

We really enjoyed our experience working with Royalty Windows. From our initial consultations with Joe, to getting the project up and going (with David), we felt like we were in great hands the whole way. Their pricing was very competitive (we checked out multiple other companies in the area) and never felt pressured by them. After placing our order for windows, we had to wait about 8 weeks for the manufacturer to build the windows and our new front door. They came and installed everything (15 windows and our beautiful new front door) in just one day! Super happy all around and best of all it is starting to get cold and we have NO MORE DRAFTS! Thanks guys!

After checking them out, the reviews appeared real. I met David at a local window manufacturer and talked with the owner about his windows. I was impressed with his windows and had Royalty install them. They did a good job and I am using them next for some storm doors.

We had 23 window replaced in our Chicago bungalow, including 13 prairie grid style windows that were original to the house. Throughout the process, from receiving an estimate, negotiating, scheduling install, and the install itself, the Royalty team was in excellent communication with us. We were looking for a very custom color for some of our windows, and the Royalty team was extremely patient in helping us review our options, price out alternatives, and make final decisions. When install days came, the team was timely, efficient, and eager to check that we were happy with the work. Highly recommend!
