From the estimate to the planning to the installation itself, Royalty Windows went above and beyond in delivering a quality product for a reasonable price.
We live in the city and our HOA had very strict regulations about window types and appearance. Joe spent hours of his time patiently explaining why this window choice would meet HOA standards for appearance and surpass our HOA's recommended window in quality, energy, etc. This saved us a huge sum of money and allowed us to install quality vinyl windows.
The project was managed by Patrick and he and the installation team did a fabulous job as well. The lifetime warranty policy is wonderful for peace of mind, too.
If we ever need window services in the future we will definitely turn back to Royalty Windows.

Would recommend! Good work, fair prices. Royalty Windows replaced all our old windows with new, including removing and replacing trim and sealing around the windows with foam. The windows took a long time to arrive due to supply chain issues, but as soon as they arrived the process was smooth and professional to get them installed asap. They were fast, did good work and left the place very clean. We have had the new windows for a few months already and notice a difference in thermal and acoustical performance, and they all work beautifully.

David always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. It took me some time to decide but he followed up without rushing my decision. He did a great job advising me on my options, which saved me money. I went with the more expensive windows for the front of the property and the vinyl on the sides and rear. The installation went quickly and they were neat. I would highly recommend Royalty Windows.

I love the windows. These new windows were a life and money saver this past December when the temps dropped to sub zero. They look great and the installation was done promptly. The price was very competitive with other companies. Plus the manufacturer is a local company.

The gentleman who came to install the windows were real craftsmen who believe it or not cleaned up after themselves and left everything exactly a it was before only I had beautiful new windows.

The people at Royalty Windows did a great job for us. They kept us informed of what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. The windows as well as the setting for them, that is, the windowsills and wood framing the windows and the paint job on them, look terrific. They also cleaned up after themselves, something that's always appreciated. We would definitely have them do any other window work for us.

We needed to replace all 11 windows in our Victorian flat. The windows were painted shut and drafty. John came by and did a thorough inspection. He actually caught details that other window installers didn't - like the fact that one of the glass panels in a window had slipped and there was 0.5 centimeter gap letting in cold air!

An incident occurred where one of the glass panels on my front door shattered. I called John and he was able to send someone out in hours to repair and replace the glass. Overall excellent service, done in a timely manner, and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend!

John and his team were a true gem in what has become a city of unreliable, over-priced craftsmen and contractors. First, John's quote was reasonable and well under many of the others that we looked at. We hired him to replace 12 large windows and another 12 smaller ones and were which needed to be custom so that they matched rest of the units in our building and this was no problem for him. Throughout the process John was responsive and reliable. I visited his shop before installation to inspect the windows and was quite impressed by the quality of his operation and the skill involved in some of the other projects he was working on. On installation day his team was extremely efficient and I couldn't believe how quickly and well they completed the job. There was one small window that was mis-measured and John replaced with the correct on just 2 days later. Overall, a great experience.

Royalty Windows recently installed 15 Marvin fiberglass replacement windows in our house. Very impressed with everything from these guys. I had spoken to a few window/door companies before Royalty glad I found them. The price was right, easy to work with, very professional, the windows are beautiful and most importantly the installation looks absolutely perfect inside and out. Their installers obviously have a lot of experience and know what they are doing. I'd use them again.
