Royalty Windows replaced all the windows in our home and we had a great experience with them. They were patient with answering all our many questions over the span of a few weeks. We were never pressured into making decisions unlike a lot of other places we looked into. They had competitive pricing and got the work done quickly and with professionalism. I recommend getting a quote from them to anyone in the market for new windows!

Royalty Windows is the best! Their staff is responsive and not pushy. They honestly assess your windows and provide expert advice that takes into account both your budget and your tastes. We had high quality windows installed throughout our home. The custom windows were delivered and installed ahead of schedule and the crew was efficient and hard working. We are very happy with the decision to use Royalty Windows and we are planning to have them install new doors soon.

Great service and very professional!! They did a wonderful job putting in a new sliding glass door for us. They helped us choose the best possible door and provided us with multiple options with the pros and cons of each option. They were prompt, responsive, cleaned up afterwards, and made the entire experience very easy. I would highly recommend them!!

We had replaced Patio door, double hung window and sliding window with royalty window. Patrick was in constant touch with us, helped us with all paper work for approval from our HOA. Patrick obtained the village permit too and minimized the work on our end. The people arrived on time on the day of replacement and replaced all our windows and doors within half an day. They were really professional and ensured it was clean before they left. Its been almost a year now and with all 4 seasons past we did not have any issues and our gas bill was less than before replacing the window. Patirck stopped by our house in a day or two once we identified minor issues and fixed them. Overall the service was great and i will recommend them. Pricing and warranty of the windows was reasonable and service was great.

My experience with Royalty Windows has been very positive, and I can easily recommend them. While Royalty Windows will work with nationally recognized brands, David suggested we consider a local Chicago window manufacturer which I believe worked to our advantage when it came to cost and sticking to the timeline. David did a good job explaining the features of the windows and how they would fit our needs. David’s product knowledge was excellent and I felt confident in the style and other decisions that he helped me make. When Royalty Window’s sent us their bid a few days later, it was several thousand dollars less than the other two companies who had already bid, and the decision to give them our business was easy.
In a time when labor shortages and shipping delays were everywhere, Royalty Windows accurately quoted us a timeline, and within days of the windows being manufactured, Royalty Window’s installers were onsite. The installers had all 30 windows in after the first day, and the second day they finished insulation and trim work just as David had told us they would. The site was kept tidy so that we didn’t feel like we were living in a construction zone with our small children. With our new windows, our home is no longer drafty, warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Our neighbors have commented on how nice the new windows look and we too are pleased with the aesthetics. A year later, we’re still very happy with our new windows.

Everyone I dealt with at Royalty Windows was professional and kind. They were great communicators throughout the entire process (with backordered windows that was especially helpful), and were very quick to schedule the install once the windows arrived! Install was quick, and they did a great job and left our house as clean as they found it (if not cleaner). I’d definitely work with them again for any window needs.

We live in a duplex down with 8 north-facing windows. In the winter, our bedroom would get uncomfortably cold as the furnace is upstairs and the lower level never really warms up that much, so we really need excellent insulation to keep the warmth in. We also face a relatively busy street and wanted to minimize the noise from outside. The Royalty Windows staff were so curteous and answered all our questions about the different types of windows for our needs. The windows arrived earlier than the original estimate. On installation day, the crew was very professional and made short work of removing the old windows and installing the new. We're really pleased with the windows, especially as the furnace doesn't need to kick in as much as it used to during really cold spells. I highly recommend this business.

Royalty Windows recently replaced 5 of the windows in my house with double hung Sun Windows and it was probably the best experience I ever had working with a vendor company. It was awesome value for money and I am so glad I found them. They were professional, responsive, very true to their words. On top of everything they provided a cheaper rate than other comparable vendors.
I plan to use them again in near future and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

From the estimate to the planning to the installation itself, Royalty Windows went above and beyond in delivering a quality product for a reasonable price.
We live in the city and our HOA had very strict regulations about window types and appearance. Joe spent hours of his time patiently explaining why this window choice would meet HOA standards for appearance and surpass our HOA's recommended window in quality, energy, etc. This saved us a huge sum of money and allowed us to install quality vinyl windows.
The project was managed by Patrick and he and the installation team did a fabulous job as well. The lifetime warranty policy is wonderful for peace of mind, too.
If we ever need window services in the future we will definitely turn back to Royalty Windows.

Would recommend! Good work, fair prices. Royalty Windows replaced all our old windows with new, including removing and replacing trim and sealing around the windows with foam. The windows took a long time to arrive due to supply chain issues, but as soon as they arrived the process was smooth and professional to get them installed asap. They were fast, did good work and left the place very clean. We have had the new windows for a few months already and notice a difference in thermal and acoustical performance, and they all work beautifully.

David always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. It took me some time to decide but he followed up without rushing my decision. He did a great job advising me on my options, which saved me money. I went with the more expensive windows for the front of the property and the vinyl on the sides and rear. I love the windows. These new windows were a life and money saver this past December when the temps dropped to sub zero. They look great and the installation was done promptly. The price was very competitive with other companies. Plus the manufacturer is a local company.

The gentleman who came to install the windows were real craftsmen who believe it or not cleaned up after themselves and left everything exactly a it was before only I had beautiful new windows.
