We decided that our windows were getting a little long in the tooth and wanted to add a new (secure) sliding door to the back of our home. After shopping around it became pretty clear almost right away that Royalty was the recommended go to for this kind of project. Boy were our friends and neighbors right! We needed to replace all 11 windows in our Victorian flat. The windows were painted shut and drafty. John came by and did a thorough inspection. He actually caught details that other window installers didn't - like the fact that one of the glass panels in a window had slipped and there was 0.5 centimeter gap letting in cold air!

An incident occurred where one of the glass panels on my front door shattered. I called John and he was able to send someone out in hours to repair and replace the glass. Overall excellent service, done in a timely manner, and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend!

John and his team were a true gem in what has become a city of unreliable, over-priced craftsmen and contractors. First, John's quote was reasonable and well under many of the others that we looked at. We hired him to replace 12 large windows and another 12 smaller ones and were which needed to be custom so that they matched rest of the units in our building and this was no problem for him. Throughout the process John was responsive and reliable. I visited his shop before installation to inspect the windows and was quite impressed by the quality of his operation and the skill involved in some of the other projects he was working on. On installation day his team was extremely efficient and I couldn't believe how quickly and well they completed the job. There was one small window that was mis-measured and John replaced with the correct on just 2 days later. Overall, a great experience.

Royalty Windows recently installed 15 Marvin fiberglass replacement windows in our house. Very impressed with everything from these guys. I had spoken to a few window/door companies before Royalty glad I found them. The price was right, easy to work with, very professional, the windows are beautiful and most importantly the installation looks absolutely perfect inside and out. Their installers obviously have a lot of experience and know what they are doing. I'd use them again.

John came on a Friday afternoon, for the assessment and had a written quote emailed to me by Monday. John had the most reasonable quote out of the 6 contractors, whom a few tried to charge me 3x what John quoted. They tried to force me to go with a higher grade material of the window, but that wasn't necessary.

New windows installed recently - the fitting was smooth and twelve windows were done in a day. They look great - matching the outside colour of the other windows in the building and have made a big difference to the back rooms. The bedrooms are now warm and cosy. Highly recommend.
