From the gentleman who came to provide the initial quote to the person who came to remeasure the windows to the team who came to install and last but not least to the gentleman who came to quality check the install. Each and every person I interacted with from this company was exceptional. This is what you call a true turnkey company. They left my place spotless and installed in a very timely manner. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Joe, our salesperson, worked with our budget and found us the best quality options for what we could afford. We met with several window companies and this was the only company that actually tried to find a good product within our budget. The installation went very smoothly as well. We had 18 windows and a sliding glass door installed. The installation team was very professional and detailed. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Royalty to anyone looking for a window replacement!

Did multiple measurements during the estimation process. Arrived on time!!! Planned on site work with multiple additional measurements and came up with a plan for the entry door/window installation. Very clean work and did not leave a mess behind! Explained the installation process and answered all questions professionally. With on site "plan of attack," which involved the entire crew, work was completed early. They were able to completely save the Internal and external wood trim. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS--THEIR PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DO REALLY SHOWED!!!!!

Replaced a sliding glass door. Everyone I dealt with at Royalty (David, Patrick, & Joe, plus installation team) were professional, honest and fair. Door has been in for a few days and seems to be doing great! Certainly an improvement from what I had before and much less hassle than I had feared for a door replacement.

We actually did not use Royalty in the end because our builder needed us to use someone closer to our build site. But still giving them a 5 star review. It’s true they don’t do a hard sell. Just share the relevant information and their professional insights and then give you space to decide. Great communication. And the prices seemed very reasonable for the product. They are also one of the only local distributors of Vytek windows that I could find - a very highly rated vinyl option that I was strongly considering.
