I used Royalty Windows to install my windows a few months ago. After it getting warmer, I recently noticed that one of the sashes on the window had a dent. I contacted Royalty Windows and they sent someone out to take a look. They ordered a new sash and installed it for me within two weeks. Great customer service. I highly recommend this window installation company.
