He did so with such perfection! He made sure that both inside and outside the windows were cleaned up very well; and, he went above and beyond to take down and re-install my window treatments. Wonderful customer service. David is very easy going, has great suggestions and is very responsive. I ordered over 30 windows for a 2 flat. I got a mix of vinyl and wood interior Marvin windows based on his suggestion. This reduced costs for me while maintaining style. The install was easy. I did have a small issue with one window after installation and they came out right away and fixed it. It is also a family owned business which I prefer to big box stores. They tend to care about their customers more.

Royalty Windows were amazing. David was great! He came out to the house and made sure the windows we were ordering matched the existing windows. We had renovated the house and replaced most windows but still had 8 to replace. Our home is a historic home so the matching of windows was important. the installation and cleanup went so smoothly! and all was finished in a day! I can't say enough great things about the company and all the people we came in contact with. And...the price was right! Thanks to everyone there who made this such a great experience!

We changed all the windows in the house. Service was super quick. With a kid around at home, i would say it was a smooth experience for us to change windows. Patrick came back to check the windows if installation occurred successfully. Patrick helped us with village approval process and through HOA approval process by providing all necessary documents.
