We actually did not use Royalty in the end because our builder needed us to use someone closer to our build site. But still giving them a 5 star review. It’s true they don’t do a hard sell. Just share the relevant information and their professional insights and then give you space to decide. Great communication. And the prices seemed very reasonable for the product. They are also one of the only local distributors of Vytek windows that I could find - a very highly rated vinyl option that I was strongly considering.

We had windows and a new door installed last fall and we are totally satisfied. From the initial visit, professionals who know their products, guided us on the best windows for our house. Competent installers, clean work and they cleared all debris and packaging. And their windows are manufactured at their plant, so they can be customized as required. Excellent service! We would recommend Royalty for any window and door installations.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I 100% would. David and his team did an AMAZING job with our new windows and sliding glass door. The before and after a speak for themselves. The process from start to finish was easy, worry free and the prices for everything was well worth it. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. Window quality is great and we were given the option to do the black exterior and white interior giving our older looking home a new modern and fresh look. Again I can’t stress enough how happy I am with everything. Definitely recommending them to anyone looking for new windows!

Before contacting Royalty Windows, I had reached out to a couple other companies whose high-pressured salesmen, along with their ridiculous sales pitches and high prices, led me to question their tactics, and further my knowledge of the window replacement business/process.
Eventually, this knowledge led me to a small, family owned business, out of Glenview, Illinois-Royalty Windows-an excellent, 5 star rated company!
From my initial phone call, to the very conclusion of the window installations, everything was done first class! NO HIGH-PRESSURED SALESMEN! What a relief!
They were honest, sincere and forthright in their presentation, communication efforts, and reasonable in their pricing.
I cannot even begin to describe the utmost perfection and quality of work by the installer. He did a phenomenal job!
Initially, I was so worried about the mess this installation would make. There absolutely was no mess. He cleaned up so well, and made sure the entire area of each window was spotless and smudge-free.

FANTASTIC and profession family owned company. From the start of getting our new windows put in to the finish it was a seamless experience. As busy working parents the company was efficient and made things extremely easy. The installation crew was clean, on time, and also extremely professional. If you are in need of getting your windows replaced I Highly recommend (it is to note that we received estimates from a variety of companies and this was by far the best fit for us).

We had a good experience with Royalty from start to finish replacing 6 windows in our 3rd floor duplex up condo. We chose to go with them because although they weren't the cheapest quote we received, they seemed the most knowledgeable to their available products, were professional, and their installers are in-house versus contractors. There were a couple of hiccups with the order but they made it right and did not charge extra. Our windows arrived in about 4 weeks and were installed in a single day. Will use them again for any additional window needs.
