Patrick listened to our needs and offered a variety of options without the high pressure tactics common with other groups. He made it about our needs and happiness above the sale. This high level service didn’t end there. The team of craftsman and quality materials made my home look and feel like new. Could not be happier and would give Royalty 10 stars if I could! David was my point of contact throughout the entire project. He kept me well informed from start to finish. I had all the windows, frames, and slider doors replaced at my house. This was a very large project and the team at Royalty Windows worked very efficiently to get it completed in a timely fashion. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and were very courteous. I hired Royalty Window & Siding for my windows. I am very pleased with the windows and the installation from them. They are a 5 star company from the day I called them to measure and from the end result. It took them one day to replace 19 windows. The windows are of good quality, and easy to clean. These folks did my windows in my condo two years ago (10 windows total). They were fast and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend. Windows have had no issues in the two years since installation and the temperature in my place is modulated much better than with the old ones.

I went back to them for round 2 work without question.
