We hired Royalty Windows in 2021 to replace all the windows in my daughter’s 100-year old house. We obtained five or six estimates from several companies for different types of windows. Royalty was the most professional and responsible company. Patrick arrived on time, gave informative answers to our questions, didn’t badmouth the competition, didn't push to upsell despite our interest in more expensive windows (he gave a quote but after discussion we realized the lower cost windows would provide better insulation) and responded to our follow-up questions promptly. Royalty’s quote was lower than the bargain companies that are always having sales. Installation was completed by a professional crew, on time. Three years later there have been no issues and the windows still look great.

We finished installation of our remaining
Windows with this company. They were efficient and couldn’t even tell there was a crew installing windows after they left. Customer service has always been spectacular. We noticed a gap in the window and could t figure out how to move the window to close the gap. They had us send a pic of the window and then they sent out someone a day later who basically just popped the window back in the track. We have called them as well to ask questions about the operation of the windows for cleaning, etc.

After pricing out many window companies, we went Royalty Windows. This was mainly based on their reviews and the fact they were honest and great to work with in the beginning with no pressure sales and honest pricing up front (no games). Throughout the whole process everyone we worked with was very kind, honest, and simply great to work with. More importantly, the job they did was amazing. All the windows look great and the trim work around the windows is extremely well done. We are so happy with our new windows, and the overall experience working with Royalty Windows. Best of all, it is great to support a local, family owned business.

Used Royalty Windows to replace 2 sliders and 1 front door on two townhouses in Chicago (so 6 doors total) . They did a great job and were very responsive and warm throughout the process. We ran into one snag with one of the doors (that wasn't their fault) and they worked with us to have it corrected. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future!
