Trek Bycicle at Coppell has VERY NICE and Friendly staff. Not only Are they having High Professional Skills and are very Efficient at Fixing Bikes, They Treat you with high respect and Friendly Environment. I dropped out my bike with General Manager, James. While, I was at the store, My family called me to go and Picking them up from Airport. I had to ask General manager to accept the bike without staying in the line although they were so busy on that Saturday. He understood the Situations and Gladly accepted the check-IN of Bike. Then, I did not have access to SUV car to pick up the Bike on time as well as there was some Winter cold fronts weather and caused some delays to Pick up the Bike, General Manager, James whom I worked with was so Understanding and worked out with all these matters until I was able to pick up the bike after One month. He was very Efficient to find the issues while I was waiting on the Line on that Saturday. However, I was not able to pick up the bike until after One month. That was the first time that I used them for the service. The Pricing was also so Fair. I really can not think about anything as drawbacks to point out. This Center is Absolutely Phenomenon. General manager, James, worked with me to find the Right coverage for my Cell phone so I can attach to my Bike when I go riding. He really takes up his time to answer all questions Genuinely and very Knowledgeable Person. I would Give Rating of 10/10 to this Store.
