George is the fastest most responsive admin person in the west! The tradesman who attended Rich, was a lovely young guy. He was friendly, professional & left not one spec of dirt. We were looking to change our air conditioning over from evaporative ducted to reverse cycle ducted. We had enquired with some other companies who told us it would be too tricky with a very tight roof space. However, the TACE team were willing to tackle the challenge and made it all happen smoothly. Right from our initial phone call, we were pleased to be dealing with the technicians themselves rather than a salesperson who quoted the job then disappeared. The communication at all stages was excellent. On installation day, Jake, George, Dan, Richard and Travis all worked very hard and professionally and were friendly and considerate as they moved around our house. Overall, we were very happy with the service provided and are grateful to the whole team for making our big installation job a positive experience. We would definitely recommend TACE to others.

Total Air installed a new air conditioning unit and did a full service and clean of an existing unit. The team were excellent from the time of the quote to the final cleanup. They were on time and explained the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring anything air conditioning.

Came when they said they would, friendly and left the place clean and did a good service on our refrigerated air con that was hardly blowing any cool air. Used it today in 36 degrees heat and felt the difference. Would recommend and use Total air again.

First time we’ve used this company and very glad we did. Serviced the split system unit (not serviced for many years) and serviced and repaired the ducted system (out of commission for many years after leaking). A reasonable price for a good job (thank you, Liam). I’m now going to organise the same at my father’s home as well as the installation of a split unit in his bedroom. Very much appreciate the professionalism and approachability through the whole process.

Got 2 split systems installed, the team was really professional and friendly, really good job couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out, already have plans to upgrade my next one with them! One thing that could make the booking easier is to have an estimated arrival time on the booking message, either way still really easy booking process

Finally found an aircon business who will happily travel up to Mundaring to service and clean 2x reverse cycle aircons. Jake is also an electrician so once he sorted out the aircons, he fixed a couple of lights that no-one else could find the inclination to do.
All the staff are friendly and well-mannered. Definitely will be using Total Air-conditioning again.
