I moved from Michigan to the state of Alabama 1 1/2 years ago. I was satisfied with the teams in the Detroit Metro Trek stores. However, the team in the Montgomery store is on another level. They go above and beyond to ensure visitors have a "positive customer experience". They are extremely patient and take the time to get to know their customers (great memory). I appreciate their honesty. They will not recommend unnecessary items and services. The store is always neat, and they have ample inventory. I own a Domane and it is awesome! I have never had an issue getting repairs and replacement parts/accessories. They are fast! Staff do an outstanding job of exposing the Trek brand. Montgomery store employees often make appearances at various community biking events. That is something that I don't recall experiencing prior to moving to Alabama. I have sent friends and family visiting from other states there for service, and equipment. They all agree that the Montgomery store sets the bar.
