Not only that, but they have always been willing to, at short notice, help me out to get me and my bike back on the road.
Can’t recommend the service provided by Lachlan and the team highly enough. It’s rare to find a team with these values in the retail industry as most companies have resigned their strategy of customer engagement to the Internet and therefore don’t see the value of face-to-face interactions being such a key driver for customer loyalty.

Having had my bike serviced by Trek Brighton in the past I have significant trust in Will and the team at Brighton. My instructions to Will are always the same, you have my approval to replace or do whatever is required to make sure my bike is running at 100%. Some bike shops would take advantage of such a comment but not Trek Brighton. That is why I keep going back and that is my I appreciate every effort they put into running such a great store.

I got my Electra bike serviced with TFM which was about 10 years old, rusty and had never been serviced before. The staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting ways to improve the appearance of the sad and neglected bike. I was told about two days to fix (depending on part availability) which amazed me. I picked the bike up four working days later and the bike looks almost brand new and I’m really happy. Thankyou!

I took my bicycle in with no booking. The mechanic was polite and did a complete service & replaced my casette and chain. The retail staff member said i was oiling my chain too frequently which was useful feedback.
To get my bike back in a few hours was great. The cost may have been slightly high then again rents are high in chapel street & bicycle staff need to be well rewarded.
Basically, i bought my bike there and i have had it serviced at the freedom machine a few times. I do a lot myself. At freedom machine the mechanic is an intelligent guy who left the corporate world & he is extremely good at his work.
