Ryan from TFM Brighton was great. He spent a lot of time discussing the models I was interested in and letting me test ride them, offering to make adjustments here and there to ensure the end result would be the correct fit.
The best part, from a female customer point of view, is that I never once felt patronised or felt that I would be treated any differently if I was a male customer, which can be the case when discussing road bikes at some other bike shops. I have to say that is a huge plus for TFM.

Unfortunately I encountered a heavy duty staple on the road on only my 3rd ride with my new TREK Emonda (Love this roady bike!) and within 10 minutes of dropping my tyre into TFM the puncture was repaired.
