I have been to Trek Brighton many times over the past 4 years. Scott has always provided great customer service. This week he found just the bike i wanted at another store and he arranged it all at a great price. Harry is always welcoming and helpful in all my dealings with him. Today Kyle helped my wife select and test ride a bike and he provided answers to all her questions and we were very satisfied with his assistance. The manager of the store (who i don't think i have met) should be very proud of their staff and the service they provide. Thank you Trek Brighton.

Excellent experience in the store. Was looked after by Harry who understood the brief perfectly! I needed a birthday present for my nephew (turned 14) who is super into mountain biking. Harry gave me several ideas and options, sorted out a really good goodies bag (I get cool auntie points) and option to swap anything over if needed. Cheerful, helpful, very welcoming staff and the store itself is super cool, a great selection of bikes and gear. We’ll be heading back for sure

I love my Rail 9 e-bike. It is just awesome. I also have a spare Rail 7 for my friends to ride and they love it too. Riding places like Red Hill in Victoria are fun instead of a slog up all the super steep hills. I get my bike serviced at Trek Brighton. Harry is my go to person there. He is fantastic. He is interested in my bike and listens carefully to what I tell him. Harry is a great communicator and keeps me informed when he is doing work on my bike. I have recommended Harry at Trek Brighton to a friend. My friend bought an e-bike from him and had a fabulous experience.
