I bought my bike here in 2014, whenever I have required support since then, the team have always provided excellent service. Very helpful and supportive. These guys provide excellent after sale service over the long haul and not just the upfront sale.

Huge shout out to the guys at Trek Brighton, especially Peter and Harry for getting me out of two pickles this morning, first fixing a flat tyre and then coming back on the ride a gear issue. Everyone in the store was super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll be back, hopefully this time not because of issues.

Yesterday I walked into Trek Brighton with my arm in a sling after breaking many ribs and a collar bone. Still a little concussed I was looking to replace the helmet that may well have saved my life. The friendly staff enquired about my stack and if I had bought my now damaged helmet from them, which I had. "Free helmet replacement for you in that case sir " is what fell on my incredulous ears. " Yes we rather have alive customers than dead ones, so we want to replace your helmet free of charge" Got to say its been an eon since I've come across customer service like this with a company priding itself on it ethics. Well done Trek, and well done to your team at Brighton Victoria. I rarely write reviews but this blew my still functional mind !!! Joel Roberts

Matt was really helpful. I came in to look at helmets and, even though I wasn't in the market for a bike, he took the time to give me heaps of riding advice and show me some really good kit. I didn't buy a helmet (yet) but I did get an epic lighting kit and will likely be back for the Wahoo bike computer... Cheers Matt, I appreciated the experience!

Great shop, I got a MTB from here a year ago and so far no major issues. I have had multiple services here, every time the bike feels brand new after. The staff are the best around and are always willing to help. They don't just try to sell product, but actually suggest the right product for you. Overall every time I go here they never disappoint, and always leave me wanting to come back
