This is a shoutout to the Trek Bicycle Company(TBC) as well as Trek bicycles Brighton. To TBC for replacing my cracked TopFuel Gen 3 frame with the new 2025 Gen 4 frame! The new Gen 4 is such an improvement on the rear with the upgraded mino link and shock. Soooo muuuccchh more planted and responsive. I found the Gen 3 harsh at times. To Luc and Scott for managing the process and transferring all the components to the new frame within 48 hrs of receiving the new frame allowing me to go and ride the day after picking it up. The build is perfect with zero missed shifts, no noise at all and cables are tidy without chatter. Thanks guys!!

This local bike shop is the absolute best! They are so helpful & happy when you go in. As we were passing today my Mom needed her handle bars adjusting and the guys at the shop was amazing! He was so willing to help and also adjusted her seat too! When we went to pay him as I’ve had this done at the other bike shop on the street which charged me to adjust my handle bars, the guy at Trek said no worries and offered to do it for free! I will be going here for all my new bikes and bike needs from now on. Next level customer service, thanks so much! So appreciated & very grateful ☺️

I recently purchased a new, just-released bike from Trek Brighton, and once again, their service was exceptional. Having bought bikes from them before, I can confidently say their level of customer care can’t be faulted. This store deserves all the 5 stars! Tobia, Scott and Kyle all assisted me in my various queries. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for all stores. I had bad experience with another store who made me feel unwelcome and didn’t really want to help with the issues I’m having with my bike. I later found out they weren’t really original Trek store, but was bought by Trek and retained the staff who don’t practice the Trek culture. But this review is about Brighton store, Scott in particular helped all the way through. Coming from an entry level Trek bike, I wanted an upgrade now that I’m riding more. Kudos to Trek for having a 30-day unconditional change of mind return. I felt bad that I had to take advantage of this because the bike didn’t workout to my needs, but Scott made me feel good. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything, provided alternatives. Because of him, I remain a loyal customer. This experience made me learn a lot about bikes and myself. I now know the right bike for me, and yes it’s still a Trek.
