This store deserves all the 5 stars! Tobia, Scott and Kyle all assisted me in my various queries. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for all stores. I had bad experience with another store who made me feel unwelcome and didn’t really want to help with the issues I’m having with my bike. I later found out they weren’t really original Trek store, but was bought by Trek and retained the staff who don’t practice the Trek culture. But this review is about Brighton store, Scott in particular helped all the way through. Coming from an entry level Trek bike, I wanted an upgrade now that I’m riding more. Kudos to Trek for having a 30-day unconditional change of mind return. I felt bad that I had to take advantage of this because the bike didn’t workout to my needs, but Scott made me feel good. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything, provided alternatives. Because of him, I remain a loyal customer. This experience made me learn a lot about bikes and myself. I now know the right bike for me, and yes it’s still a Trek.
