My wife and I went in to get her a new bike we had one picked out thought it would be a good bike for her. When we walked out the door we had a completely different bike and she had the biggest smile on her face. Our ride the next day was great she loves her new bike. Thanks to Matt and the staff

Bought a new bike for a 50th birthday gift to myself. The crew at the Trek Bicycle Store of Granger were knowledgeable on what bike I would need based on what type of riding I usually do. They had in stock what I was looking for in my size and color. They made it very easy. Great experience!

Usually I do not write reviews, but this store deserves 10 stars because of their friendliness and their willingness to listen and to help. Jeff listened carefully to the issues I had with my ebike, and suggested a fix - and said if it doesn't help to come up on Saturday and he would have a look. Low and behold, it was the magnet, as he had suggested. I moved it and the electronic system of my bike works again. I am very grateful and without hesitation recommend that store.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Trek Bicycle Granger location! I was more than satisfied with my experience as I feel like I got a great deal, it was a great fit for me and the process didn’t take long at all. Even though I have never owned a bicycle before (besides as a kid) I felt confident with the knowledge I learned at Trek. I also didn’t have my bike rack mounted on my hitch and Sean helped me out tremendously! I thought it was a two person job, as to not end up scratching my car on accident, but Sean did it without my help at all which made me feel silly for having asked. He was happy to help and reassured me that I wasn’t a bother asking for assistance with it. I was left with a sense of feeling like the business and its workers took great pride in their work and enjoyed doing it which makes me happy. I look forward to returning.

I got my bike reassembled here, they had the best price and they did a lot of extra services to my bike for free (lubing test ride etc). People were so nice here. Can’t go wrong going with them for bike repairs!
