VROCNJ is an easy to use platform to connect owners with guests. Guests appreciate direct communication with me. I’ve been able to fill summer bookings at my home in Ocean City with ease and one flat fee. Check out listing #436 to be steps from the beach, boardwalk, and town center.

I've been with Ocean City NJ (VROCNJ) from the very beginning and have two vacation properties on their site and very satisfied. The first being an amazing ocean view beachfront and the other a 3 bedroom single home (5 minute walk to the beach) What makes this site so unique is there are no commissions to pay, a savings of at least 13% compared to the top two US competitors. I've never had a dissatisfied vacationer from using VROCNJ or vacationing at my properties. My listings are #s 86 and 87.

We rented 313 Asbury Ave. in Ocean City New Jersey. The house was perfect and very clean. The fenced in back yard is a plus with small children. The owners were a delight and made setting our vacation up very easy. This place was awesome and I would not hesistate to rent it again next year!!
