    VROCNJ is my favorite way to rent my condo. The fee is so much lower than the commission you pay a realtor or Airbnb. All of the tenants from this site have returned to rent again. I highly recommend this great site. PS Customer Support is great! You actually get a real person if you call

    This is a great vacation rental site! It saves renters hundreds of dollars versus the more well known vacation rental websites. This is because vacationers do not have to pay website based guest services fees, nor are they legally responsible to pay the NJ Lodging tax. This is because they are booking their stay directly with the Owner of the property. So they have the best rental experience - online searches and calendars, coupled with no fee or tax pricing, and the ability to speak directly with the owner for clarifications and human interaction BEFORE committing to booking their vacation.
