We are so glad we decided to take a chance on VROCNJ when it launched last year! We wanted to maintain an on-line presence, but were dismayed with the increasing costs and inflexibility we found with the existing major on-line booking channels. VROCNJ provides a much needed book direct with owner option. Our homes (listings #16, 17, 18) are ideal for large family reunion bookings. We were nearly booked for the summer of 2020, but thought we might get some shoulder bookings through the new VROCNJ direct to owner site. Along came CoVID, and many families were not able to travel from various locations to be together. We received many cancellations and deferrals to the following season. VROCNJ saved our summer, providing great visibility to families that wished to vacation closer to home. 70% of our rebooking‘s were sourced from this site, along with four new fall bookings. We encourage people to book early and often! From an owner perspective, the benefits are many. In addition to great on-line search visibility; the site features easy calendar and rate management, inquiry tracking, and the ability to connect as much or as little as you’d like with guests in advance of managing the booking transaction directly with them. There are several marketing options, each with generous photo, video and ranking choices, further enhanced by the ability to offer special promotions over need periods. All of this is supported by short, easy to digest tutorials to get you started on successful positioning. On rare occasions I’ve needed additional live support and found the team incredibly prompt and responsive. We are so glad we took that leap of faith to be among the first owners to list our vacation homes. Needless to say, we’ve renewed for another year!

VROCNJ was able to showcase my beachfront condos in Ocean City, NJ beautifully. We received more than 30 requests for each available week and our condos were rented for the entire winter much faster. 50% of next year's summer vacation weeks have been booked a year in advance.
