We have had a lot of success using this site to rent our property in Ocean City. They also send useful tips and statistics throughout the year. As long as we continue to rent, we will use this site.

We were referred to VROCNJ by a family friend who was already using them to rent her unit in Ocean City, NJ. Due to delayed renovations, we were late getting our property on the market our first rental year. However, soon after speaking with Duane at VROCNJ I felt at ease. From the moment I called to inquire, Duane and his team at VROCNJ were incredibly helpful for helping us understand how to list and upload our duplex units, Listing #330 and #331 in a timely and efficient manner. Almost immediately, we started receiving inquiries and filled our weeks. We sincerely appreciate the support Duane and his team at VROCNJ offer and have had great success with using their rental website. This is a great vacation rental site! It saves renters hundreds of dollars versus the more well known vacation rental websites. This is because vacationers do not have to pay website based guest services fees, nor are they legally responsible to pay the NJ Lodging tax. This is because they are booking their stay directly with the Owner of the property. So they have the best rental experience - online searches and calendars, coupled with no fee or tax pricing, and the ability to speak directly with the owner for clarifications and human interaction BEFORE committing to booking their vacation.
