The website has to be the best improvement to rental options in the beach communities of New Jersey. Great experience listing our home.

VROCNJ is a wonderful site for both the owner and guests! Each owner has the opportunity to communicate with each guest so everyone can get aquainted with each other to better understand the guests needs and what amenities each owner offers to the guest.Questions and concerns are easily addressed with no middleman. Fees are transparent, upfront and with no additional financial burden for either party. Duane is a true a professional and has made our experience with VROCNJ exceptional.

As an owner I really appreciate this site but my guests have also commented on how easy, accurate, and more affordable it is than larger commercial listing sites.

We have had our property listed with Duane and VROCNJ since the very beginning (listing #3). They do a great job of communicating with their customers. This site also allows for savings to be passed directly on to renters. I definitely recommend VROCNJ!

I love VROCNJ! It's the way VRBO used to work in the good old days :-). Through VROCNJ, folks can find owners who are willing to rent their lovely homes WITHOUT any additional fees! This is good news all around! I have advertised on VROCNJ for several years (Property #107 in OCNJ!) and have found them to be excellent for not only us, as owners, but also for my guests! Definitely check them out before you use any other rental venue!

Easy site to navigate.
