    We love VROCNJ! It is a fabulous platform to market our property and allow us the owners to handle our rentals. We like being able to get to know who our renters are. When renters communicate directly with the owners there is relationship from the start. If you use a real estate office you don’t know who is renting your place and the renters don’t know you. We feel there is more respect for our property when the renters communicate directly with the owners. Vrocnj allows us to find those awesome renters!!!

    We stayed at Where The Boardwalk Ends 2256 Asbury Avenue, Oean City NJ. 5 stars for Mike and Michele the owners. June 9 to 16, 2023. The home was lovely, kitchen well stocked. The porch was shaded and charming. Beds were comfortable. Mike and Michele Were excellent communicators. That meant a lot to me. Speaking by phone initially was another helpful measure. Thank you both! We will reserve for 2024 if you will have us back.

    We had a wonderful experience renting this place. Extremely clean and beautiful kitchen with everything you would need. Great location, very close to the beach. Nice deck with plenty of seating. Beds all very comfortable. Highly recommend.
