VR OCNJ is a great site and a great company. It is the easiest portal for vacation rentals that exists today. I have recently joined VR OCNJ and within one week of posting on VROCNJ my final two weeks available for rent in summer 2022 were snapped up and rented. Duane and the team are easy to work with and the platform is tailored to be easy for both owners and renters. You can check out my listing by going to the site and looking for property #262.

I've received quality bookings, its very easy to engage with renters, I love that renters save money by renting on this platform since they rent directly with me (the owner). The quality of the website is very professional looking and easy to use. In addition, I was 90% booked for the next summer season before the end of the current season with all VROCNJ customers and repeats. I'm so happy to have started using VROCNJ.

We joined VROCNJ in October to list a newly purchased property with very few existing rentals. Within two months, we have filled the entire 2022 season with the exception of a few weeks in late September (we are confident these will be taken soon). Duane is great to work with and VROCNJ has exceeded expectations in every way!

I started with VROCNJ in 2020 very happy with the service they offer. Local, specific and affordable. They allow me to service my vacationers rather than a call center who has no idea what my home offers a family. I've used VBRO in the past and left them because of their constant fees that drove the price of my rental to high. My vacationers want to be on a first name bases with me and not a 3rd party. I WOULD RECOMMEND VROCNJ as a great partner in vacation rental marketing.

VROCNJ has only been in operation for a few years, and yet, I receive more inquiries from VROCNJ than I do from VRBO. The owners are very responsive and make changes to the website that are beneficial. It is so nice to have a listing that does not require the renters to pay taxes or fees and does not require me to pay any additional fees.

I've used VROCNJ as both an owner and a renter. You cannot find a better solution in the market for either action! As an owner, set up was simple and efficient, and rentals flowed in - even more so if you followed the simple optimization tips. As a renter, there was a great selection of properties at numerous price points and all rentals went perfectly. In either situation, I highly recommend using VROCNJ for you rental needs!

We were one of the first 100 to use VROCNJ and are thrilled to say that rentals are going great! We have a 2 floor unit and kept one advertised on VRBO while moving the other to VROCNJ. We found that VROCNJ outranked VRBO (10:6) for our 2021 season! We are now happy to say that we will be switching our 2nd unit to VROCNJ! The website gets the traffic we need, is easy to use, and you can talk to your potential renters before they book! Great business model!
